2. Introduction: Who is MissSweetAndSour?

Hi there, welcome to my blog!

I am Sonia, a student of "Máster de Profesorado en Secundaria" in the University of Rey Juan Carlos (URJC). I am 22 and I am a Chinese girl born in Gandia (do not relate Gandia with Gandia Shore, please).

I am currently living in Fuenlabrada (Madrid), because I decided to live with my boyfriend, Sergio who is working in Airbus.

OK then, why did I choose "MissSweetAndSour" for the name of the blog? In my humble opinion, this user name defines me quite accurately. As you will know, Sweet and Sour chicken (delicious!) is a chinese dish. However, real Chinese people do not usually eat this. Therefore, this dish is pretty much for western people.

Then, how can we relate this to me?

This is because I consider myself from both countries (Chinese - oriental and Spanish - western) as it happens with the dish, I have Chinese ancestors but I consider myself Spanish.

Besides, although, I am usually sweet with people, I have some tinges of sourness when needed. (Be aware of me!)

It goes without saying that my hobbies are languages, videogames (League of Legends, Final Fantasy and some more), reading books (my favourite ones: The Hunger Games), watching films (my favourite one: The Truman Show), travelling (my goal is to travel around the world), cooking (my specialty is "Arroz al Horno") and animals (Shiba Inu, yes the one used for doge).

I love using blogs, I had some previous experience in my personal blog. In this one, "Learn English With MissSweetAndSour",  I will put into practice, most of the things that we have learnt in the subject " Educative innovation". Therefore, this blog is for my lecturer: Jose Chamon and those who are interested in learning English, especially for ESO level.

I hope you enjoy this blog, as I will try to do my best with the design and the content of this blog!
